Boa tarde!! Estou com um iPhone 13, que ao atualizar para o novo iOS ele pediu o icloud e senha, a cliente tem a senha, porém quando ela criou o icloud, não usou o gmail... ela usou um @icloud.com e agora não lembra do email. o aparelho está ativo, porém preso na tela de ativação. dá para ver a foto dela quando liga e etc... existe alguma forma de passar por essa etapa ou de alguma forma ver qual é o email com a EFT? acabei de comprar a ferramenta. Good afternoon!! I have an iPhone 13 that, after updating to the new iOS, asked for the iCloud account and password. The customer knows the password, but when she created the iCloud account, she didn’t use her Gmail. She used an @icloud.com address, and now she doesn’t remember the email address. The device is active, but it’s stuck on the Activation Lock screen. We can still see her photo when the phone turns on, etc. Is there any way to get past this step, or somehow find out which email address is associated with the device using EFT? I just purchased the tool.
