⛳️ Just a quick heads-up , could you please add accurate delivery times to your services? Especially for ones that might take longer than expected, like Honor, Tecno, Infinix, MDM, etc.
⛳️ Just a reminder, according to our terms of service, clients have the right to request a refund if there’s a delay, and the platform will support them with that.
⛳️ Also, please don’t accept direct payment and then handle orders through private messages — our AI system can detect this kind of behavior, and it will lead to a permanent ban for both you and your client.
⛳️ We’ve also noticed that some providers forget about their orders or don’t follow up. From now on, if an order is delayed 3 or more times, the service will be removed until you fix the issue.
