• If your device is not completed, you must submit a refund request and wait until we verify the device status (done or not).

• If you come back later saying:

– “Client took his phone”

– “Client is in a hurry”

– “Client has a flight ✈️”

❌ This will be your responsibility, and the refund will be rejected.

• We follow this policy to protect both you and us from scammers.

⚠️ Important:

Refund requests are only accepted within 48 hours from the time of order submission.

Any old orders submitted for refund after this period will NOT be processed.
